Welcome and thank you for your interest in being a student vendor! Below you will find useful information about applications and upcoming markets!



Vendor information

Applying for our student market is very simple. Click on the APPLY NOW button below and fill out the Google Form to get started! For all future markets, you can find applications conveniently located on our website. We’ll post applications about 3-4 weeks before each market, so you’ll have plenty of time to get ready. Once applications close, we’ll reach out to you via email.
All vendors will be provided a table and chair and food vendors need to provide a valid food handlers license.

FAQs

Q: Do you provide vendors with a table?
A: Yes, each vendor gets one table and a chair. Due to our limited supply, if we have a higher quantity of vendors at an event, it is helpful if vendors are able to provide their own!

Q: Do you provide electricity?
A: Yes, there is an option to request electricity in our application! You will be directed to a specific section at the event if you made this selection.

Q: Do I need a food handlers license to sell food and drink?
A: Yes! You are required to have an AZ food handlers license if you are selling food or drink in Arizona. If you are selling food or drink and don't have a food handlers license yet, here is a great place to get started!

Q: When is the earliest I can set up as a vendor?
A: One hour and fifteen minutes before event start time!

Q: How are tables assigned?
A: They are first come, first serve! There may be specific sections reserved for power or a type of vendor however.

Q: When do I receive confirmation if I'm accepted as a vendor for a market?
A: CAB will send confirmation emails roughly 5 days after the application deadline.
